Commercial Real Estate Partnerships
Building Community Through Volunteering
Make your building stand out as a leader. Since our founding, we have brought a sense of community to buildings through service. Our founding Commercial Real Estate partners - Bulfinch, The Davis Companies, National Development, and Paradigm Properties — understood what a tremendous opportunity there was to engage tenants to volunteer and donate to local nonprofits. Partner with us to incorporate a service-centered culture into buildings where people work and live.

Accessible STEM Learning Kits
Provide Inclusive Learning Tools for Youth with Disabilities
Encourage youth with disabilities to explore STEM through accessible, adaptable kits that support diverse learning styles. Students will enjoy sensory-friendly activities at their own pace with support from a disability services organization.
Veteran Care Packs
Provide Comforts to Veterans
Deliver comfort and care to Veterans during challenging times as they receive support from a local Veteran-serving organization. Each kit will include hygiene items and essential household supplies to promote stability and ease the transition as Veterans move forward in their lives.
Medical Care Kits
Help Promote Health Equity
Help assemble Medical Care Kits for individuals who lack regular access to healthcare. These kits will be distributed by Remote Area Medical (RAM) at their pop-up clinics and new hybrid telehealth vehicles, providing free medical services to people in remote areas—many of whom have no insurance or access to routine care.
