Our program model is designed to move unengaged and under-engaged companies and individual down a ‘Civic Engagement Continuum’ to meaningful levels of community involvement:

Here’s how it works:
- Building Impact partners with owners and managers of office and multi-family residential buildings.
- Building Impact delivers monthly activities including volunteer events, donation drives, fundraisers, and educational forums to the tenants.
- Building Impact ‘collects’ this volunteer time and donated resources and channels it to local non-profit and community organizations.
Working with the finest non-profit partners, we focus on four critical community issues:
- Youth & Education
- Hunger & Housing
- Employment & Job Training
- Health & Wellness
Program example (delivered at all buildings):
March and April: Employment & Job Training focus
Donation events:
In-kind: Interview-appropriate clothing drive to benefit job training graduates
Financial: Sponsorship of job training slots; direct donations to job training programs
Volunteer activities:
For Individuals: Mock interview sessions; resume reviewing; career mentoring of job trainees
For Companies: Host an unpaid intern from job training programs; conduct seminar about workplace and interview skills; become a workplace partner for hiring job trainees
Education Resources:
