Mission & Vision
Building Impact's mission is to strengthen communities by providing individuals and companies with the knowledge and opportunity to volunteer, donate, and connect in the buildings where they work or live.
Building Impact makes giving back convenient by bringing volunteer events and donation drives to participants in office and apartment buildings. We then channel 100% of the volunteerism and giving to fill service gaps in underserved local communities.
Building Impact envisions a day when each person and every company is actively engaged in making their community stronger and healthier.
Our Model: The Connect Program
Through our Connect program, Building Impact comes to office and apartment buildings, acting as a free community resource, connecting participants to a variety of convenient and meaningful ways to give back to the community.
Building by building, we engage thousands to volunteer, donate and connect with 40 successful nonprofits across eastern Massachusetts and work to address service gaps in hunger & housing, education & literacy, job training, and youth at risk.
Our Reach
We currently deliver community programming to 47 buildings across Greater Boston, Metrowest, and the Merrimack Valley in communities including Andover, Boston, Burlington, Cambridge, Charlestown, Concord, Framingham, Needham, Newton, Marlborough, Medford, Lowell, Quincy, Waltham, and Woburn.
