Building Impact is proud to partner with ADD Inc, who once again has generously offered the use of their beautiful offices at 311 Summer Street as the site of Building Impact’s Annual Celebration on January 26th. Following ADD Inc’s sensitive rehabilitation and renovation of the 1900’s building, 311 Summer Street earned a Platinum LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). ADD Inc's offices are the first Architecture and Design studio space in Massachusetts to receive Platinum certification.
ADD Inc staff and leadership frequently volunteer with Building Impact, doing everything from renovation projects at homeless shelters, to hosting food drives, walking for hunger, picking-up trash along the Charles River, or making activity packets to help underserved children learn to love reading. In fact, following the activity packet event for Raising A Reader, ADD Inc staff helped Raising A Reader reorganize and make better use of their office space.
