Building Impact is thrilled to announce the launch of our 2010 Non-Profit Partner Network! For the past 5 years, Building Impact has been developing relationships with a myriad of high-impact non-profit organizations throughout Greater Boston. 100% of the resources that Building Impact generates from our buildings—volunteer hours, in-kind and financial donations—is channeled to these partner organizations. As Building Impact grows, we want to continue our quality partner relationships by formalizing them into our Non-Profit Partner Network.
There are three main objectives for the launch of this network:
- To develop program activities that best match the needs of our partner organizations.
- To increase the visibility and awareness around our collaborative efforts
- To more effectively measure the increase in impact our partners have in the community
Building Impact’s programming team is currently working with the Non-Profit Partner Network to plan all of the exciting volunteer events and networking opportunities for 2010. The Network will meet in early February and again in late summer to discuss best practices for volunteer management, volunteer and donor retention, and event planning. We are also excited to brainstorm new and creative ways to bring volunteer opportunities into our buildings!
