NAIOP Massachusetts, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association, took the lead this holiday season and partnered with Building Impact to engage their members and better our community! At NAIOP’s Annual Market Forecast, we collected winter clothing and gift cards to support two local non-profits, Pine Street Inn and Travelers Aid Family Services. NAIOP members responded by bringing in 58 critical need items to keep people warm through the Pine Street Inn and $130 worth of gift cards to provide low-income parents the ability to shop for gifts during the holidays! NAIOP also challenged its Developing Leaders Group to bring toys and gift cards to the Developing Leaders Holiday Party. This group showed how much they care about others, by overflowing the donation box with over 40 gifts for local children served by Cradles to Crayons and $115 worth of gift cards. NAIOP really turned their members’ civic desire into action this year!
