Based on our past growth trends and our accelerated business development efforts, we project to continue our portfolio growth in commerical and residential buildings throughout 2012. By year-end, we will have exciting results from our pilot expansion to Hartford, Connecticut. This pilot gives us access to our first out-of-state market and expands our reach beyond our current pool of 20,000 volunteers and givers in communities across Greater Boston.
Additionally, Building Impact strives to be a financially sustaining organization. Year over year, we increase our earned income streams and decrease our dependency on foundation grants. Despite the challenging economic landscape, we have steadily moved from 30% earned income in 2007 to our current 68% earned income in 2011.
