Due to last year’s success and to the continued overwhelming need in our community, Building Impact is again partnering with the Greater Boston Food Bank to hold a food drive this February to benefit the 900 local shelters and pantries throughout Eastern MA served by the Food Bank.
Volunteer: Sort Food for the Hungry
Sort, organize and pack food at the Greater Boston Food Bank for distribution to food pantries throughout the state. Lend a hand and make a big difference for hungry children, adults and seniors. For directions by car, click here, and for directions by T, click here.
Join Goodwill's Boston Marathon Team!
Run with Goodwill’s charity Marathon team, Running for Great Kids, in the Boston Marathon. Goodwill’s Running for Great Kids team supports 600+ youth from underserved communities who participate in their After School Academy for Girls and Fresh Air Camp. Runners have an opportunity to participate in this historic race and raise money for a great cause! Morgan Memorial Goodwill has a limited number of marathon numbers and would love to have you join their team!
Volunteer: Sort Home Goods in Lowell
Inspect and sort donations at The Wish Project's warehouse to be distributed to people in need. The Wish Project provides home goods, furnishings, clothing, bedding, and baby gear to Merrimack Valley families.
Volunteer: Serve a Meal to Those in Need
Prepare and serve dinner for individuals served by the Salvation Army Miracle Kitchen.

Volunteer: Sort Coat Donations
Sort coats collected at our donation drive with help from Sterlingwear of Boston. Benefiting Lazarus House, Heading Home, Voices Against Violence (SMOC), and Friends of Boston's Homeless.

Volunteer: Build a Home, Build a Life
Construct affordable housing for a local family with Habitat for Humanity of Merrimack Valley in Lawrence. Tools and gloves provided, just bring your enthusiasm and a bag lunch! All experience levels welcome. Directions.

Volunteer: Serve a Meal to the Hungry
Serve dinner to men and women at Pine Street Inn. This Boston facility provides emergency shelter, affordable housing and outreach services for over 1,200 individuals.
